Meals Still Available
Well, the Portabella Mushroom, Spinach, Penne Pasta Casserole dish was a success. I received good feedback. Still working on the Lasagna recipe. I think next time I will use a ricotta cheese spinach combo, instead of fresh veggies. I still have the chicken meals available and the Homestyle Mac n Cheese. More people are interested in knowing when I cook so they can buy it fresh and not frozen. Maybe we can do theme meals each day. Let me know your thoughts.
